Dave Fechtman has over 15 years of business experience, specializing in sales management and leadership development. Prior to founding Root Theory, he spent the majority of his career in the banking industry. He was the Sales Director for Fidelity Bank in North Carolina, where he led the sales efforts for their 67 branch franchise. He also served as Market President for Wachovia Bank in Statesville, NC and Ocala, Florida. During his career, Dave was credited with turning around struggling markets and capturing market share. As a result he was selected to share his concepts on a nationwide platform. He has developed customized training materials and facilitated numerous workshops and planning sessions. Dave understands the impact relevancy can have on one's life, and is committed to helping professionals strengthen their relevancy factor. Dave believes strongly that giving back to the community is one of the most critical things a business or individual can do. He is involved with many philanthropic organizations, including the United Way where he was the 2009 Campaign Chair. He also sits on many boards, such as the Marion County YMCA, Hale Academy, Marion County EDC and is the 2011 Chairman of the Ocala/Marion County Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Lorri, live in Ocala, Florida with their three children. He is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University, and a member of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity. He enjoys competing in triathlons and most of all spending time with his family.

Melissa Valenti is a presenter, writer, trainer and advisor with over 15 years experience in corporate settings. Prior to launching her advising career, Melissa worked for companies such as Wachovia Bank, the City of Boca Raton and Brinker International. She has developed and delivered programs on a broad number of subjects ranging from masters level science research to retail employee development. Melissa has a passion for innovation and creativity which led her to establish Root Theory, LLC in 2009, with her partners. Root Theory is an advisory firm that recognizes the need to help businesses and individuals become relevant in their industries and the communities that they serve. The firm focuses on four core competencies including relevancy, business essentials, leadership development, and sales and marketing excellence. Melissa and her husband, Chris, live in Ocala, Florida with their son, her father, four dogs and a really good vacuum cleaner. Melissa is active in the community she serves by volunteering with various organizations including the Children's Home Society, Women's Auxiliary, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and as a board member for Angels in Arms.

Peter Polack is our design director heading up our game designs going forward. Peter has games licensed with Addicting Games and we are ex- cited to have him join the team. He is currently evaluating our current games to see what we can do to make them more fun as well as planning out some new games we are very excited about.

Gary resigned from his day job and is now on full time with DS Media Labs. With his full time on engineering along with our other resources, this has been huge for us!

With over a decade of expertise in 3D, motion graphics and video production; Pedro Ruiz directs and leads all media and marketing. Pedro has worked on projects ranging from iPhone apps, social media content, web, broadcast editing and production. He's also taught classes in Video, Design and Web.

With over 15 years of experience as a software engineer and architect, Ben leads all aspects of technology infrastructure and implementation. Ben helped design a game engine that was used in a video game published by Xtreme Games LLC. He has worked on platforms such as Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Solaris, OpenVMS, Palm OS, and Pocket PC. He is also well-versed in many key programming languages and technologies.
